Interested in booking a paid consulting call or Meta audit with me on Calendly? Here are my terms re: cancellations and rescheduling.

Payment Terms: 60 Minute Consulting Calls

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: I can provide a full refund if you cancel your meeting at least 24 hours before the start time. I cannot provide any form of refund for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the meeting start time.

If you cancel, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to reschedule the call. You can re-book the call on my Calendly page if there is open availability.

No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the meeting within 10 minutes of the start time it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. I cannot extend the end time of the meeting if we start late.

Payment Terms: Async Meta Account Audits

Project Scope: Each audit booking slot entitles you to the audit of a single ad account. It entitles you to the review of the last 30 days of performance in that account as a whole. I can’t compare seasonal periods, break out specific geographic regions based on a naming convention, etc. I may review performance older than 30 days if I need additional context to complete the audit.

Delivery Policy: When you book a Meta account audit you will receive the deliverable–a 10-15 minute Loom with my assessment of your media buying and creative strategy + optimization recommendations–within 7 days of the booking date you select.

I will deliver a link to this Loom via email, to the email address you use to book the audit. In the highly unlikely event that there is a technical issue that prevents the email from reaching you successfully, it is your responsibility to email me at greifelda [at] gmail [dot] com and let me know.

To complete the audit I will need you to add my email address (greifelda [at] gmail [dot] com) to your Meta Business Manager at least 48 hours before your booking date. I will confirm successful access via email.

If I cannot successfully access your business manager after two days have elapsed since your booking date, I will not be able to complete the audit and I will not be able to provide a refund.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: I can provide a full refund if you request a cancellation at least 48 hours before your booking date and time. I cannot provide any form of refund for cancellations that occur less than 48 hours before your booking date and time.
