Payment Terms: Calendly Calls

Interested in booking a paid consulting call with me on Calendly? Here are my terms re: cancellations and rescheduling.

Rescheduling Policy: I can accommodate rescheduling requests that occur at least 4 hours before the start time of the call. Rescheduling that occurs less than 4 hours before the start time will be treated as a cancellation. No refund will be provided, and you will need to book a new appointment (with fee) if you’d like to meet.

Cancellation Policy: I can provide a full refund if you cancel your meeting at least 12 hours before the start time. I cannot provide any form of refund for cancellations that occur less than 12 hours before the meeting start time.

No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the meeting within 15 minutes of the start time it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. I cannot extend the end time of the meeting if we start late. If you have technical issues joining the call and notify me before the first 10 minutes of the call, I can make exceptions on a case by case basis.
